All landscape plans are drawn to scale, clearly labeled and can be supported by construction details as needed.

When directed, a Master Plan from Gould Landscape Consulting & Design can be prepared give the ability to 'phase' projects to keep one vision in mind moving forward over time, to achieve your landscape goals.

How Does it Work? The process…

• Preliminary planning

• Fill out questionnaire and email back to us 

• Schedule an on-site appointment.

• Site and Structure analysis

• Gould Landscape Consulting & Design will conduct on-site investigations to gather data regarding existing improvements (i.e., buildings, sidewalks, driveways, etc.) and existing natural features (i.e., vegetation, drainage ways, limited topography and elevations etc.). We will use this data and any plans provided by you (i.e., plat plan, site development plans, architectural plans, etc.) to create an accurate base plan for use in the design process.

• Concept Plans and Budget

• Working with you, we will develop a 'scope of design work' that you desire to be incorporated into the proposed design.

• We utilize pictures of previous works to further showcase the possibilities, and aid in homeowner visualization.

• Budget considerations are discussed at this time while on site and in person, this will help guide us in our design process, providing you with the best return on your investment.

• Final plan development

• Gould Landscape Consulting & Design will then draw illustrations of the Landscape Plan, providing you with visual details, and specific labeling. Ensuring accuracy and future efficiencies during project installation.

• Final Specifications, Contract and Implementation Schedule

• Getting the details right for your Landscape. Final details and specifications are reviewed and changed where necessary, until you have the Plan that fits your need, and exceeds your expectations.

• You will be provided with a detailed written Quote in addition to your Landscape Drawing. With agreement between us we can move forward and be placed on the implementation schedule.
